EXISTING CLIENTS who have not used this new system, please login with your email on file and select "forgot password" to get set up with a new password for this system. **If you are not able to reset your password please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reset it for you.**
You can now cancel and reschedule your appointment online if before our requested cancelation period of 3 hours before your appointment for cuts and shaves and 24 hours for color services. A 50% late cancelation/no-show fee may be charged.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COLOR SERVICES MUST BE BOOKED BY PHONE OR IN THE SALON. This is to assure you are booked for the correct service(s) and time allotment. A color consultation is required before first color treatment. Consultations CAN be booked online.
You will receive a text and email confirming your appointment has been booked. If you don't receive your booking may not have been completed. Please check your online profile where you can see upcoming (and past) appointments.
You will receive an email confirmation 3 days before your appointment and a text reminder the morning of your appointment.
